Plans questions

  • The client is active if he sent you a message in this calendar month or you sent him. The counter is reset to zero on the 1st day of each month;

  • Inbound and outbound messages are free of charge;

  • The number of your operators is not counted in the tariff;

  • The total number of subscribers per number is not taken into account in the tariff, only active counts in a calendar month;

  • Plans 100 & 1000 are added up, you can use, f.e., a tariff for 2300 users.

Conversation-Based Pricing from 1 Jule 2025

  • 24-hour conversation sessions begin whenever the first message is delivered by a business.

  • If the first non-template business message is received during the open 'Customer Service Window' (which is 24 hours from the time of the incoming customer message), then it qualifies as a Service conversation. This was formerly known as a User-initiated conversation.

  • The first template message can be one of three types: Utility, Authentication, or Marketing. Each type now carries a different conversation cost. Previously, there was only one type of Business-initiated conversation.

  • Conversations of different types can be open simultaneously, even if a template is sent in response to a user. The costs accumulate. Previously, sending a template in response to a user did not initiate a Business-initiated conversation.

  • All service conversations are free. Utility, Authentication, and Marketing conversations now carry a charge from the first. Previously, Business-initiated conversations were included in the initial 1000 free conversations.

  • From July 1, 2025, the fee is for each template message sent. Previously, if you sent a template of the "Marketing" category, for example, then within 24 hours from the moment of the first sending you could send any number of templates of this category and the fee was only for the first. Now, if you send 3 templates of the "Marketing" category to one client in any time period, the fee will be debited for all 3 sendings.

  • If your client wrote to you and you responded with a template from the "Utility" category, there will be no charge for this template.

  • Conversations will not be charged for 72 hours when a user messages a business using the Facebook Ads WhatsApp button or a Facebook Page WhatsApp button. Previously, this period was 24 hours.

  • Example rates for Marketing conversations are as follows: Brazil $0.0625, Colombia $0.0125, Germany $0.1365, North America $0.0250. WhatsApp tariffs in other countries;

  • All prices are clearly stated on the website, with no additional charges on Facebook or WhatsApp.
